Sam is a serial entrepreneur in the cross-border remittance, Forex, and cryptocurrency industries. He has built successful Foreign Exchange and Remittance houses from the ground-up in Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, and the Philippines, covering multiple trade corridors.

Tim Ying

Co-Founder & CEO

Tim brings nearly 14 years of Multinational Banking experience, with his last position being the Global Head of E-commerce Operations at HSBC. He has experience managing large global teams (600+ people) across Operations, Product, and IT, spanning geographies and emerging markets throughout Canada, China, India, Malaysia, Poland, Egypt, and Mexico.

Apart from being a pioneer investor in Cryptocurrency, Will is a visionary C-Level Technologist with over 17 years of experience in Investment Banking with the HSBC Group, working in London, Hong Kong, and China. He has managed teams of over 10,000 people. He brings extensive experience managing Forex and derivative trading platforms for Asia Pacific regions.

Jaymar Mendoza

Chief Compliance Officer

Jaymar has extensive experience in the financial and legal industry, previously working as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer of a local bank in the Philippines. He works closely and in partnership with the Central Regulator - Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) to build a culture of compliance around FATF, AML, and KYC regulations.

Since graduating from Hong Kong University and Oxford University, Hong Kong-raised Edison Siu has worked across the property management, insurance, entertainment, and financial industries, establishing partnerships across some of the leading firms in the Asia/Pacific Region. Edison was also the consultant in the Greater China region for a number of international Blockchain startups.
